the food update

Last night I made salsa, and I thought, hey, I should share the love. So here's a recipe from my head:

1 lb tomatos (local folks, the market has these little boxes of vine ripened tomatoes for .50 right now)
1 red onion
1 green bell pepper
1 lime (just its juice)
1 clove garlic
1 tsp coarse salt (or to taste)
***edit! cilantro (to taste)***

Chop it all up (de-goo the tomatoes, though, unless you're into that stuff). Eat. Enjoy.
