seeing: my computer screen, and articles, and the bluest of mugs, and the bluest of skies, and the bluest of stockings
hearing: work trucks and their rumbling, clickety keyboard, tick-tocking clock
smelling: autumn? is that autumn?
tasting: tea, coffee (steeped with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, and cardamom, plus honey and milk = magic)
feeling: chill! glorious chill! mug warmth, throw-blanket softness, the tickle of earrings against my neck
